President Maduro debates with intellectuals on the decolonization process of the peoples

This Wednesday, the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro Moros, held a meeting with national and international intellectuals and scholars from various countries of the world, at the Miraflores Palace, during the development of the III School of Critical Decolonial Thought: State and Constituent Processes, which takes place from last October 22 and concludes next 26 at the National Library.
