Continuing with the large work schedule, within the framework of the Antalya Diplomatic Forum, which is being held in Turkey from June 18 to 29, the Foreign Minister of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Jorge Arreaza, held a meeting this Saturday with his counterpart from the Republic of Cameroon, Lejeune Mbella Mbell, to strengthen the ties of friendship between the two countries, in addition to ratifying mutual cooperation in the multilateral sphere.
During the meeting, both diplomatic authorities discussed the current situation of their nations and made progress in coordinating the next meeting of the political consultation mechanism between Venezuela and Cameroon.
Likewise, Foreign Minister Arreaza exposed the impact of the unilateral coercive measures imposed by the United States Government and its allies against Venezuela.

The Cameroonian minister, for his part, reiterated his country’s solidarity with the Venezuelan Government and people, reaffirming the support and cooperation between the two nations in multilateral spaces such as the United Nations Human Rights Council and the International Labor Organization (ILO).
