On Tuesday, the President of Venezuela’s National Experimental University of the Arts (UNARTE), Tibisay Lucena, held a meeting via video conference with authorities from Namibia’s Faculty of Arts to foster agreements on higher education cooperation.
In this regard, the virtual meeting aimed to design a roadmap for cooperation between the two higher education institutions including the exchange of seminars and academic programs.
The Venezuelan and Namibian university authorities also proposed scholarships for students and expressed their will to strengthen the fraternal, cooperation ties between the two countries.
Noteworthily, Venezuela and Namibia also have agreements of cooperation between the Boivarian University of Venezuela (UBV) and the University of Namibia (UNAM) to strengthen the South-South cooperation as a fundamental principle of the Bolivarian Diplomacy for Peace.
