Cuba’s Deputy Prime Minister Ricardo Cabrisas arrives on official visit in Venezuela

At the Simón Bolívar International Airport, the Vice-minister for Latin America of the Venezuelan Foreign Ministry, Rander Peña, received on Thursday the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Cuba and Co-chair of the Intergovernmental Commission of the Cuba-Venezuela Comprehensive Agreement, Ricardo Cabrisas, who will meet with different high-ranking authorities of the Bolivarian Government.

The Cuban delegation includes the Minister of Foreign Trade and Investment, Rodrigo Malmierca; the Minister of Mines and Energy, Nicolás Liván Arronte; the Minister-President of the Central Bank of Cuba, Martha Wilson González; the Vice-minister of Foreign Trade, Roberto López; and Ambassador to Venezuela, Dagoberto Rodríguez.

Recenlty, the Venezuelan Executive Vice-president Delcy Rodríguez held a working meeting with Deputy Prime Minister Cabrisas in Havana to review and assess strategic cooperation projects.

Venezuela and Cuba will deepen 2020-2021 economic cooperation projects

The Cuba high-ranking official visited Caracas in January 2020 to chair the 20th Meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission of the Cuba-Venezuela Comprehensive Agreement.

20 years after this agreement, Venezuela and Cuba continue strengthening their high-level strategic alliance through bilateral cooperation projects in different areas for the benefit of their people.
