The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolas Maduro Moros, on behalf of the Bolivarian People and Government, extends his warm congratulations and joins the national jubilation of Turkey on the 95 Anniversary of the Foundation of the Republic that is celebrated on October 29th, a date that summarizes the history of a glorious past and a vigorous present that light a future of renewed victories for the heroic Turkish people.
Today, the substance and foundational spirit of the Republic is evoked and honored in the figure of the leader Mustafá Kemal Atatürk, who knew how to unite the people in the fight for freedom, overcoming the aggressions of the colonial power, with the accomplishment of great sacrifices and memorable achievements, rebuilding and modernizing the nation by consolidating its independence.
The force that achieved the independence victory of the Republic of Turkey is still alive today, it remains vital in the New Turkey, that Great turkey which, in that period of great definitions for the humanity, constitutes itself as an epicenter for the construction of a multipolar world.
The Bolivarian Government reaffirms its strongest will to continue strengthening the friendship and cooperation bonds that today unite our nations, as well as confirms its commitment to continue working together to build a new period in which respect, peace and cooperation among nations prevail, it was called by Simon Bolivar as “the balance of the universe”, for which our eternal commander Hugo Chavez tirelessly fought.
