The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro Moros, on behalf of the Venezuelan people and the national Government, expresses his heartfelt words of condolences to the People and the Government of the Republic of India, for the passing away of Mr. Rajiv Kumar Nagpal, who represented the friend government of India as Plenipotentiary Ambassador accredited to the Government of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.
The Government of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela expresses its solidarity, especially with the Diplomatic Official’s family and the Government of the Republic of India in these difficult times and prays for the eternal rest of the Ambassador, Rajiv Kumar Nagpal.
