Following President Nicolás Maduro guidelines, Executive Vice-president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela Delcy Rodríguez arrived in Moscow to present the Anti-Blockade Law for National Development and the Guarantee of Human Rights.
Rodríguez is accompanied by Solicitor General Reinaldo Muñoz, Minister of People’s Power for Science and Technology Gabriela Jiménez, and President of Petróleos de Venezuela, S.A. (PDVSA) Asdrúbal Chávez.
During his visit, Venezuela’s vice-president will meet with Russian high-ranking officials to continue deepening strategic alliances between the two countries within the framework of the Anti-Blockade Law.
Recently, Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro held a working meeting with Chinese businesspeople and highlighted that Venezuela is open to investments in different areas to move forward with expansion projects under joint-profit mechanisms.
The Anti-Blockade Law for National Development and the Guarantee of Human Rights aims to develop new mechanisms enabling institutional, legal and operative conditions to overcome the financial, economic, commercial persecution against the Venezuelan people. Likewise, this legal instrument is a commitment to novel alliances to boost a real economy in Venezuela.
