Vice-president Rodríguez denounces criminal organization led by Juan Guaidó and Leopoldo López at the service of foreign interests

The Executive Vice-president of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, showed evidence on Thursday of how the criminal organization in which Venezuelan opposition leaders such as Juan Guaidó and Leopoldo López, and the lawyer José Ignacio Hernández, have been involved in weaving a criminal network for several years to “undermine the interests of Venezuela, seize its financial assets and companies abroad” and deliver them to the United States.

In a public statement, she explained in a chronological way how the consummation of the crime has been prepared and the implications that it has in the trials that the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela carries out at the international level.

She indicated that the intellectual mentor of the entire network is the lawyer José Ignacio Hernández, appointed by Guaidó as special prosecutor of his fictitious government on February 27, 2019, who usurps functions from abroad without an office or headquarters, and paves the way for the theft of the oil subsidiary Citgo.

She denounced that the criminal mind of José Hernández also impelled the ConocoPhillips company, in a second arbitration, to sue the Republic of Venezuela for 8 billion dollars and in complicity with David Malpass, former official of the Donald Trump government and president of the World Bank, try to make the transnational oil company to take over Citgo.

Another case mentioned by the Executive Vice-president involves José Ignacio Hernández two years ago, when he participated as an expert and lawyer, in the state of Florida, USA, of a group of 27 oil companies that PDVSA sued for the crime of information theft, since they had access to all the internal information networks of the Venezuelan state, for 10 years, through the support of their illegal servers in Miami, Panama and Switzerland, under command of Francisco Morillo, in partnership with Ricardo Ramos D’Agostino, son of the AD party leader Henry Ramos Allup.

“Sad characters who have tried to use politics to justify their platform of international organized crime”, said the senior official about those involved, while announcing that soon new evidence of the criminal network at the service of foreign interests will be presented.
