“They are creating new mercenary groups in Colombia. We have all the information, names, last names, their location, who is forming them, who is protecting them, and it all points to Ivan Duque, again,” denounced Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro.
The Venezuelan government disclosed this information when referring to the armed incursion on May 3 seeking to topple the legitimate Venezuelan Government, undermine the constitutional order and the territorial integrity of the Venezuelan state through a “criminal pact.”
