President Maduro: The US is trying to create new spots of violence and destabilization in Venezuela

“A new plan for destabilization, violence and a coup against Venezuela is being developed from the United States”, denounced this Sunday the constitutional president of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro Moros, from the Miraflores Palace. The National President stressed that leaders of the Venezuelan extreme right participate in said plan, inciting from the social networks and the media to a bloody coup d’état in Venezuela, because in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic, the American empire underestimates the will of the people to protect their sovereignty. In this sense, he called on the Bolivarian National Armed Force (FANB) and the entire people of Venezuela to be alert to possible attacks against national peace. “The great majority of us are united on one front, to overcome the Coronavirus, studying and joining efforts to care for our people”, he pointed out. He also repudiated the persecution of the Donald Trump administration in the global pharmaceutical industry by threatening companies not to articulate with Venezuela in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic that has affected 157 countries on a global scale.
