China entertains Venezuelan professionals who participated in their training seminars this 2019
Venezuela and China strengthen strategic alliances through the “International Training Program”. This Wednesday the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Venezuela, congratulated Venezuelan professionals from different areas for the successful completion of their training seminars, which were taught in China during this year 2019.

In this regard, the director of the Office for Asia, the Middle East and Oceania, of the People’s Power Ministry for Foreign Relations, Robert Noriega, stressed that “602 Venezuelan professionals from different State institutions participated in the framework of this Training Program in China, of which 248 attended 10 bilateral seminars, 340 participated in 98 multilateral seminars and 14 were accepted into postgraduate programs, thus strengthening the exchange of human talent between China and Venezuela”.
Noriega also said that Venezuela is interested in actively participating in the consolidation of the Strip and Road initiative as a mechanism to achieve the development of peoples, and reaffirmed Venezuela’s commitment to South-South cooperation, “our country aspires to become a direct communication channel between China and the countries of Latin America and the Caribbean”.
He also pointed out that President Xi Jinping recognizes the human being as the best bridge for the exchange and mutual learning of civilizations, and for this reason the Chinese side attaches great importance to cooperation with Venezuela in matters of human resources.
The Ambassador pointed out that lately, some countries are trying to deny the vitality of the socialist system with Chinese peculiarities, and right now the People’s Republic of China strongly supports the efforts made by Venezuela to safeguard the sovereignty, stability and peace of the peoples .
Ambassador Baorong said that Venezuela is an integral strategic partner and a friendly country of China, “that is why we support the country to follow a development according to its own situation and we are willing to strengthen professional exchanges at different levels”.
