Venezuela and the Dominican Republic meet in Andorra in defense of inclusive multilateralism

The Vice-minister for Multilateral Issues of the People’s Power Ministry for Foreign Relations of Venezuela, Alexander Yánez, and the Foreign Minister of the Dominican Republic, Miguel Vargas, held a meeting on Tuesday during the First Meeting of Ministers of Foreign Relations for the XXVII Ibero-American Summit Andorra 2020. The talks dealt with the defense of inclusive multilateralism, one of the approaches of the Venezuelan Vice-minister of Foreign Relations during his speech at the ministerial meeting. The Venezuelan diplomat, at the beginning of his speech at the First Meeting of Ministers of Foreign Relations, extended his congratulations to the Dominican Republic for the acclamation of its pro tempore Secretariat for the coming years of the Ibero-American Conference, highlighting the speech of Foreign Minister Vargas on the importance of planning ideas that allow the advancement and expansion of international relations with the rest of the countries. The ministerial meeting was held under the motto “Innovation for Sustainable Development – Objective 2030”.
