TSJ and Turkish Academy of Justice sign memorandum of understanding

In order to sign a memorandum of understanding between the Supreme Court of Justice of Venezuela and the Turkish Academy of Justice, the holders of both entities met, Maikel Moreno and Ugur Parlak, respectively. This meeting took place in the Turkish territory, at the headquarters of the Ottoman justice educational center.
