Vice-president Rodriguez meets with UN representative to strengthen humanitarian technical assistance plan

The Executive-vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, held a meeting with the Assistant Secretary General of the United Nations (UN) Organization for Humanitarian Affairs, Marck Lowcock, with the aim of strengthening the humanitarian technical assistance plan between the organization and the Bolivarian Government.

This was stated by the Executive Vice-president of Venezuela through her official Twitter account @Drodriguezven.

During his visit to Venezuela, Mark Lowcock will also hold meetings with deputies of the National Assembly (AN) in contempt, as well as with members of the National Executive, representatives of Non-Governmental Organizations and the diplomatic community, among others; to know first hand the humanitarian situation on the ground and the work of the agencies of the multilateral body that operate in the country.

On multiple occasions, the Venezuelan head of state, Nicolás Maduro, has ratified his commitment to maintain the path of dialogue with international organizations, in order to consolidate the peace of the Bolívar Homeland and overcome the attacks of the imperial blockade imposed by the government of the United States.
