Indonesia and Venezuela strengthen bilateral cooperation ties

The People’s Power Minister for Tourism and Foreign Trade, Félix Placencia, highlighted the visit he made to the Republic of Indonesia to discuss bilateral cooperation issues with his countryman, Mochammad Lutfie Witto. The meeting served to prepare the route of participation of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (Asean) in the International Tourism Fair (Fitven) 2019. Likewise, issues related to the potential in tourism and foreign trade between both nations were discussed, which will give way to the promotion of national tourism in other lands, mainly in the Asian continent. With this association, Venezuela will assume a new challenge in the economic issue, in order to develop the productive apparatus, in turn to occupy a leading role in the different commercial scenarios of the world. Fitven will open in the city of La Guaira at the end of December and will close at the beginning of January 2020.
