Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodríguez and Venezuela’s ambassador to Cuba, Adán Chávez, were also present at the meeting. The Venezuelan Foreign Minister traveled to the Habana on the occasion of the XVIII Political Council of the Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our America – Treaty of Commerce of the Peoples (ALBA-TCP), which will be held this Tuesday with the participation of representatives of the member countries of this Latin American and Caribbean integration mechanism.
