Head of State urged to stop economic blockade and financial persecution applied to the Bolivarian Government

“Cease the blockade, the financial persecution, the sanctions and leave Venezuela alone, that is our call”, expressed this Friday, the constitutional president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro Moros, from the Simón Bolívar Room of the Miraflores Palace, in Caracas. The head of state said that “The real thing is that it is not of any help, it is a message of humiliation to the people of Venezuela. All sanctions and financial persecution should cease. The economic blockade that steals millions of dollars should cease”. The constitutional president explained that in business terms it would be necessary to compare “20 million dollars with 10 billion dollars”, assuring that with the dammed money corresponding to 10 billion dollars “we guarantee everything the people of Venezuela need. without being beggars of anyone”. Making clear that “a country does not develop with crumbs and begging. We say it with dignity, swimming against the current”, while saying: “It’s a rotten gift from a cheating package, very nice package on the outside but in the inside it brings the poison of humiliation and they try to cover up the biggest crime that it is committed, which is the crime of robbing a country through the blockade and the sanctions of the United States government against Venezuela”. On the other hand, he said: “it does not matter what price the oil has, no matter how much the gold costs, it is the great energetic of the world or else, the US would not have made the Iraq war or did it they to help the people of Iraq?” he questioned. In this regard, the National President publicly asked: “How is Afghanistan after 20 years of US intervention? How many gifts did you send in bombs to the people of Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria and Libya?
