The Delegation of the China Development Bank (CDB), held on Tuesday a meeting with the People’s Power Minister for Productive Agriculture and Land, Wilmar Castro Soteldo, in the framework of economic and financial advice, driven by the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela through its Economic Recovery Program.
From his official Twitter account @wcastroPSUV he wrote, “excellent meeting we held today on the Agroalimentary Engine, with the visit of the Delegation of the China Development Bank (CDB), within the framework of the economic-financial advisory program, aimed to boost of the Economic Recovery, Growth and Prosperity Program promoted by the National Government”.

Likewise, the Minister affirmed that “Venezuela counts with investment potential for further development in rice, in metalworking with the factories in Anaco, in soybeans and in large poultry projects”.
Along the same subject, the leader of the delegation and expert of the department of international cooperation of America and Africa, Mr. Tian Yunhai, commented that “the agri-food sector is of fundamental importance for the promotion of development”.
It should be noted that Venezuela and China recently signed 28 strategic cooperation agreements in different areas.
