Unstoppable Plan Vuelta a la Patria brought 119 Venezuelan people from Brazil

The Government of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, through the Plan Vuelta a la Patria, facilitated on Thursday the return to the country of 119 nationals from the Federative Republic of Brazil, informed the People’s Power Minister for Foreign Relations, Jorge Arreaza.

“Today with the Plan Vuelta a la Patria, 119 compatriots from Brazil have returned home. We appreciate the cooperation of the authorities of the Government of Roraima”, said the venezuelan Foreign Minister through his Twitter account @jaarreaza. From its beginnings at the end of August, the national Executive has sponsored the return to the country of more than 3,000 nationals from different countries of the region. Particularly from Brazil, more than 2,400 Venezuelans have returned. The Vuelta a la Patria plan is a program conceived by President Nicolás Maduro, who has provided the necessary means to initiate and sustain a repatriation process in the face of the adverse conditions encountered by nationals abroad, including cases of xenophobia and labor exploitation.
