The key to the victory of peace in Venezuela has undoubtedly been the repeated call for political dialogue that the president of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, has made to the opposition sectors to solve the nation’s problems in a sovereign and worthy manner, aiming to defeat the attempts of the United States government to generate a climate of destabilization and anxiety in the country.
Since 2012, there are no less than 600 calls for dialogue made by the head of state to all national sectors to build a strategic alliance to add up to the search for solutions to the country’s problems, many of them, originated by the fierce economic and commercial blockade that undermines fundamental Human Rights and causes suffering to the Venezuelan people, which remains in permanent resistance and counteroffensive.
Placing the welfare of the nation at the forefront, the president pointed out important victories with the Bolivarian Diplomacy of Peace inside and outside the nation, with the political, social and economic actors of the country.

The parties will keep advancing in agreements on the balance between the constituted powers, such as the operation of the National Constituent Assembly, the mechanism of institutional normalization, the conflict between powers and overcoming the contempt of the National Assembly.
This agreement will include the electoral processes that must be carried out in a climate of coexistence, broad electoral guarantees as well as political and social normality.
Electoral:
An agreement for the application of proportional representation of minorities established in the Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela is discussed.
Economic:
Agreement for coordinated work between the public sector and private enterprise.
Technical tables:
Each partial agreement is maintained in the debate and they are discussed in specialized technical tables on each topic in order to improve its content and execution, in addition to adapting them to the Venezuelan Magna Carta.
These working groups of the National Dialogue are initially made up of a delegation from the National Government and representatives of the following political parties: Movement To Socialism, Advanced Progress, Solutions and Change, as well as personalities from political, academic, economic and social life.
