This Friday, the new ambassador appointed by Trinidad and Tobago, Edmund Dillon, arrived in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela to continue the relations of cooperation and brotherhood between the two countries.
The diplomat thanked the Venezuelan authorities for the pleasant reception at the “Simón Bolívar” International Airport in Maiquetía and expressed his full confidence that joint work will result in well-being for the Venezuelan and Trinitarian people.
After the reception, Dillon signed the book of the Montesacro Hall and expressed his best wishes for the country. “God’s blessings for the people of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela”, he wrote.
Currently, Venezuela and Trinidad and Tobago maintain cooperation agreements in energy and gas matters, as well as projects for the construction and maintenance of facilities and infrastructure for the transportation, storage and supply of hydrocarbons and their derivatives.
