Venezuela will open the doors to a new era of union

With the arrival of the Bicentennial of the Battle of Carabobo, to be commemorated on June 24, the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, said that “a new era of union, of loyal and deep love, of work and economic growth for the Venezuelans” will begin.

“We are going to give more space for a new era of people’s power, where the magical ideas of this generation of giants that gave us freedom shine”, he pointed out during the inauguration of the Bicentennial Monument, located in Carabobo state.

Noting that “from 2021 we go to 2030 free, breaking the curse of betrayal and historical regression”. He stressed that Commander Hugo Chávez predicted that the coming years would make Venezuela an example of how America should fight for the Homeland.

“It was our commander Hugo Chávez who set this date -2021- to arrive free, sovereign, upright, standing and proud of our history”, he said, recognizing that Chávez “brought the liberators to march alongside the people”.

The dignitary ratified that the Bolivarian Revolution “with an independence and proudly Bolivarian character” will continue in defense of the flags of the Liberator Simón Bolívar for a sovereign nation.
