In compliance with the work agenda developed by the Foreign Minister of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Jorge Arreaza, within the framework of the Diplomatic Forum of Antalya, in Turkey, this Saturday he held a meeting with his counterpart from the State of Palestine, Riad Al-Malki.
The meeting made it possible to review the cooperation and solidarity agenda developed bilaterally and multilaterally by Venezuela and Palestine, strengthening the bonds of mutual brotherhood between their peoples and governments.
Foreign Minister Arreaza reiterated the firm accompaniment of Venezuela to the Palestinian Government and people in their just struggle for sovereignty and self-determination.
Venezuela has repeatedly ratified its support for the self-determination of the Palestinian people and their right to have a free, sovereign and independent State, with international borders prior to 1967, with East Jerusalem as its capital, in accordance with the pertinent resolutions of the Security Council and the United Nations General Assembly.
