This Saturday, the Foreign Minister of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Jorge Arreaza, held a meeting with his counterpart from the Republic of Zimbabwe, Frederick Musiiwa Makamure Shava, in the context of the Antalya Diplomatic Forum.
During the meeting, both authorities reviewed the bilateral agenda to strengthen the cooperation they develop together, while reaffirming their solidarity and friendship in the face of the unilateral and illegal coercive measures suffered by both nations.
In this sense, they discussed the work that they have been developing in the Groups of Friends in Defense of the United Nations Charter, as well as in the Group of Countries Subject to unilateral coercive measures.
Venezuela and Zimbabwe have cooperation agreements in the areas of health, education, communication and mining.
