As part of the work agenda carried out by the Foreign Minister of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Jorge Arreaza, during his official visit to the Republic of Turkey, he held a meeting this Friday with Miroslav Jenca, United Nations (UN) Under-Secretary-General of the Political Affairs and Peacebuilding Departments for Europe, Central Asia and the Americas
The meeting was held in the city of Antalya, where the Diplomatic Forum: New era, new approaches, takes place; in which Heads of State and Government of eight countries participate, as well as the Foreign Ministers of nine nations.

Since his arrival in the Turkish city, the Venezuelan representative has strengthened ties of cooperation with Iran and South Africa, with whose representatives he has executed work agendas within the framework of solidarity and cooperation.
The Head of Venezuelan diplomacy has reiterated, on different occasions, Venezuela’s willingness to strengthen and expand cooperation with the entire United Nations system, in the context of multilateralism.
