The Government of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela delivered 700kg of humanitarian aid on Wednesday for families affected by the recent hail storm in Chuquisaca, Bolivia.
The supplies arrived in Bolivian territory on a special flight authorized by the Venezuelan Consortium of Aeronautical Industries and Air Services (Conviasa), said the People’s Power Minister for Foreign Relations, Jorge Arreaza, through his Twitter account.

The Venezuelan ambassador to Bolivia, Alexander Yánez, was in charge of delivering – on behalf of President Nicolás Maduro – to the Bolivian Vice-minister of Civil Defense, Juan Carlos Calvimontes, the shipment to serve the hundreds of families affected by the storm in the department of Sucre.
During the event, Ambassador Yánez expressed the principle of solidarity and cooperation that unites both peoples of ALBA-TCP under the principles of the Bolivarian Diplomacy of Peace.
Along the same lines, Vice-minister Calvimontes thanked the Venezuelan people for the gesture and ratified the will of the Bolivian people in the construction of the Great Homeland.
