Within the framework of Venezuela’s strategies for political, commercial, tourism and cultural integration and cooperation with the province of Guangdong, the Venezuelan Ambassador to the People’s Republic of China Félix Plasencia held a meeting with this province’s high-ranking authorities, including the vice-governor for Trade and the director general of the Office for Foreign Affairs.
During the meeting, they announced they will coordinate a meeting with the director general of Guangzhou’s Trade Office to promote future investment in Venezuela and commercial exchanges.
Later, Ambassador Plasencia highlighted a meeting with 45 companies of Guangzhou to inform about the benefits and opportunities of Venezuela’s Anti-Blockade Law.
This business meeting was attended by representatives from the tourism, investment, medical and food areas, as well as cocoa, rum and coffee importers, among others.
