Venezuela rejects unfriendly attitude assumed by the government of Germany before the ICC

The Government of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela categorically rejects the unfriendly attitude assumed by the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany, endorsing the infamies that a group of cartelized governments seek to promote against Venezuela in the International Criminal Court (ICC). It is not a surprise to the Bolivarian Government that Germany joined the intents of the warmongering Government of the United States, which insistently and obscenely pressure the governments of the world for establishing position against our country, thus violating the most basic principles of International Law. The arrogant attitude assumed by the German government has a negative impact on the bilateral relations. In this sense, we urge the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany to dismiss the interference and focus its relation with Venezuela on the construction of dialogue and cooperation mechanisms based on respect.
