The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro Moros, on behalf of the Bolivarian People and Government, expresses his support with the People and Government of the People’s Republic of China for the challenges they are facing due to the outbreak of the new Coronavirus in their territory.
The whole world is amazed at the energetic determination with which the Chinese Government has been complying with the health protocols recommended by international health organizations to control the spread of the virus, leaving for human history multiple testimonies of its titanic effort to protect its people, breaking all existing records in response speed, from the development of health infrastructuresto the efforts to disseminate relevant information to the universal scientific community to favor research and early development of specific vaccines.
The effectiveness of this response has been recognized by health authorities in several countries and by international organizations. It is a demonstration of the responsibility of the Chinese society that launches a resoundingappeal to the conscience of humanity, to work on common challenges in a spirit of solidarity in the development of effective policies, through coordinated efforts
The Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela expresses its firm conviction that under the leadership of the institutions of the People’s Republic of China, its heroic people will finally triumph in this unexpected battle.
