In order to keep on strengthening the extraordinary fraternal, cooperation relations between Russia and Venezuela, Vice-president Delcy Rodríguez held a meeting with Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Venezuela Sergey MelikBagdasarov.
The meeting took place at the headquarters of the Vice-president’s Office, in Caracas, within the framework of the Bolivarian Diplomacy of Peace and the strengthening of strategic alliances between Russia and Venezuela.
Noteworthily, the two countries have kept strategic alliances for 16 years, endorsing nearly 260 agreements in different areas.
Russia has become one of the main strategic allies of the Venezuelan government overseas, and it has expressed its rejection to any foreign meddling in the Bolivarian nation’s domestic affairs.
