Turkey’s foreign minister arrives in Venezuela for official visit to boost bilateral agenda
On Tuesday, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey Mevlüt Çavusoglu arrived in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela for an official visit to boost the cooperation agenda between Caracas and Ankara with the endorsement of agreements in different areas.
Foreign Minister Çavusoglu was received at the Simón Bolívar International Airport by his Venezuelan counterpart Jorge Arreaza and other authorities of the Venezuelan State.
In recent days, in a telephone conversation, Presidents Nicolás Maduro and Recep Tayyip Erdoğan agreed on the need of boosting even further the cooperation bilateral agenda.
The Venezuelan and Turkish presidents celebrated the recent entry into force of the binational trade agreement and committed to raising economic relations to the highest level.
