Venezuela and Russia strengthen strategic alliances to boost tourism and trade engines

With the main objective of strengthening and promoting the post-pandemic Covid-19 tourism and commercial engines, the People’s Power Minister for Tourism and Foreign Trade, Félix Plasencia, held a bilateral meeting with the Ambassador of the Russian Federation, Sergey Melik- Bagdasarov, as part of new strategic alliances between both nations.

This meeting was held at the Mitcoex headquarters, located in Caracas, regarding the Russia-Venezuela cooperation, which includes the development of different areas in common and for the well-being of both peoples.

In this way, the Bolivarian Government, in accordance with the guidelines of the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, continues to strengthen these international relations with allied nations, to consolidate tourist growth in the different entities of the national territory.

Venezuela and Russia have more than 260 agreements framed in the High Level Intergovernmental Commission, which once again reinforces their bilateral relations.
