Vice-president Delcy Rodríguez holds meeting with El Emir de Qatar Tamim Bin Hamad

The Executive Vice-president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, met with his Royal Highness Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al-Thani, at Emiri Diwan, in Qatar, where they reviewed bilateral relations between the two nations. At the beginning of this meeting, Vice-president Rodríguez granted greetings from the Head of State, Nicolás Maduro, to his Highness El Emir, his wishes for health and happiness for the Qatari people, as well as for greater development and prosperity.

For his part, El Emir entrusted the Venezuelan Executive with his regards to President Maduro, wishing him health and well-being, and the Venezuelan people all the continuous progress and development.

In this meeting both reviewed the bilateral relations between the two friendly countries and the ways of developing them, in addition to a series of issues of common interest. Rodriguez arrived this Friday in Qatar on an official visit, as part of the Bolivarian Diplomacy of Peace promoted by President Maduro.
