Agreement signed between the Bolivarian University of Venezuela and the National Autonomous University of Nicaragua-Managua

In the framework of the First Meeting of Ministers and High Authorities in Higher Education, which takes place in the city of Havana, Cuba, the Framework Agreement for Inter-institutional Cooperation between the Bolivarian University of Venezuela (UBV) and the National Autonomous University of Nicaragua-Managua (UNAN-Managua) is signed. On behalf of the parties, César Trómpiz, People’s Power Minister for University Education and rector of the UBV and Ramona Rodríguez Pérez, rector of the UNAN, participated, who were accompanied by Alexander Yáñez, Vice-minister for Multilateral Affairs of the People’s Power Ministry for External relationships. César Trómpiz, on behalf of the Bolivarian Government and the Constitutional President of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, stressed that the document signed is based on the Framework Cooperation Agreement between the Governments of Venezuela and Nicaragua for the Application of the Bolivarian Alternative for the Americas, and It aims to promote the strengthening of both institutions in academy, science and teaching.
