President Hasán Rouhaní meets with Foreign Minister Jorge Arreaza in Tehran
As part of the high-level work agenda that takes place in the Islamic Republic of Iran, this Tuesday the People’s Power Minister for Foreign Relations, Jorge Arreaza, was received by the president of the Persian nation, Hasan Rouhaní.
The Venezuelan diplomat arrived in Tehran this Sunday with the purpose of advancing the strengthening of bilateral relations, solidarity and economic cooperation between the two nations.

For three days, the People’s Power Minister for Foreign Relations held meetings with various authorities of the Iranian government to review issues related to global geopolitics and multilateralism as the only way to guarantee world peace and security.
Venezuela and Iran have signed different agreements on energy, economic and industrial matters in recent years, in addition, both countries belong to the Non-Aligned Movement and the Gas Exporting Countries Forum.
