On the balance of 2019, Tanus highlighted that they managed to advance in the productive term, with more land delivery to migrant communities, more home delivery, and credit granting. “We believe that next year we will redouble the effort and multiply each of the 2019 initiatives. This year we achieved two gazettes to nationalize almost 10,000 foreigners. When you compare immigration regularity in Venezuela with Europe or the United States, we find that this year, despite the difficulties that arise from the blockade and imperial harassment, we are able to move forward, that is, this model allows that in the midst of the circumstances we have, we can fully develop the gazettes to nationalize the regularization processes that will undoubtedly come in 2020, and which are the product of what we managed to do this 2019”, said the Director. In addition, he noted that this year they managed to specify the Office of Migrant Assistance in Mesa de Guanipa, Anzoátegui state and the similar of the Monagas state, in eastern Venezuela, and advanced the conformation of the corresponding ones of Tucaní (Mérida), Táchira and Zulia.
