President Maduro sympathizes with his counterpart Evo Morales after air incident

The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, sympathized this Monday with his Bolivian colleague, Evo Morales, after the head of state of the sister nation was unharmed from an air incident. The statement was made by the Venezuelan President through his Twitter social network account @NicolasMaduro, where he said: “On behalf of the Venezuelan people, I express my deep solidarity and support to our South Indian Chief @evoespueblo, who got unharmed from a plane crash. The immortal spirit of our ancestors and liberators protect you. A hug Brother President!” Earlier, the Bolivian Air Force reported that a presidential helicopter carrying Evo Morales had to land in an emergency, due to a mechanical failure, near Colquiri (La Paz), where the Bolivian president was inaugurating a road. Through a statement the air component explained that during the takeoff the pilot realized about a failure in the tail of the aircraft so he landed immediately. He also noted that President Evo Morales was on board, but suffered no damage.
