Vice President Delcy Rodríguez arrives to the Republic of India in order to strengthen cooperation and brotherhood ties
In order to strengthen the ties of fraternity, cooperation and brotherhood between the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela and the Republic of India, Executive Vice President Delcy Rodríguez, arrives to the country of South Asia, in the company of the Minister of Economy and Finance, Simón Zerpa, as part of a binational agenda coordinated by the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro.
This was stated by Vice President Rodríguez, through her account on the Twitter @DrodriguezVen Social Network, where she wrote the following:
The bonds of friendship and solidarity between both nations date from 1959, but were both countries strengthened in all areas of cooperation was with the arrival of the Eternal Major, Hugo Chávez, and the Bolivarian Revolution.
In January of this year, during the celebration of the 70th Day of the Republic of India, the Executive Vice President indicated that: “The relations between Venezuela and India, have traveled a road and I want to ratify, on behalf of President Nicolás Maduro, that this road will keep growing, consolidating and expanding”.
It is important to highlight that the government of India has reiterated, on different occasions, its support for the Venezuelan people in the circumstances they face and advocates for the peaceful resolution of disputes.
It is expexted that the National Executive maintains a work agenda with a government representative from this South Asian nation, and also meet with different social sectors.
