Venezuela and Syria hold important meeting at XXVIII Meeting of the NAM to strengthen cooperation ties

In order to strengthen bilateral relations, the People’s Power Minister for Foreign Relations of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Jorge Arreaza, met with the Vice-minister of Foreign Relations of the Syrian Arab Republic, Faisal Meqdad, to discuss and expand the agreements that allow Development of both nations. The fruitful meeting held in the Republic of Azerbaijan, served for diplomats to review and discuss the importance of continuing mutual cooperation and strengthening ties of friendship between the two countries. It should be noted that this high-level meeting is held within the framework of the XVIII Preparatory Meeting of Foreign Ministers for the Summit of Heads of State and Government of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) in Baku, Azerbaijan, where the Venezuelan delegation continues to fulfill an intense work agenda through bilateral meetings for the maintenance of the peace of the Venezuelan people and the world.
