Venezuela holds meetings with Italy and the Democratic Republic of the Congo at the UN-Geneva
The Vice-minister for Multilateral Issues of the People’s Power Ministry for Foreign Relations of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Alexander Yánez, met on Wednesday with the permanent representatives of the Italian Republic and Democratic Republic of the Congo to the UN-Geneva, Ernesto Massimino Bellelli and Zénon Mukongo Ngay, respectively.
Both meetings were held at the headquarters of the multilateral agency in the context of the 42nd session of the Human Rights Council.
During his visit to Geneva, the Venezuelan diplomat has held a set of bilateral meetings in order to strengthen and foster friendships based on respect for international law and the self-determination of States.
On Tuesday, Vice-minister Yánez held meetings with the representatives of Spain, China, South Africa, Saudi Arabia and the Philippines.
