Vice-minister Pimentel meets in Conakry with Minister of State for Presidential Affairs of Guinea

The Minister of State for Presidential Affairs and Minister of Defense of the Republic of Guinea, Mohamed Diané, received Wednesday the Vice-minister for Africa of the People’s Power Ministry for Foreign Relations, Yuri Pimentel, on a visit by the Venezuelan diplomat to that African country. At the bilateral meeting, which took place at the Conakry Presidential Palace, Vice-minister Pimentel conveyed the message of President Nicolás Maduro to his counterpart Alpha Condé, and the willingness to strengthen relations between the two nations. Minister Diané welcomed the visit and praised this approach in its intention of promoting the historical legacy of a long-standing diplomatic relationship between Caracas and Conakry. Vice-minister Yuri Pimentel was accompanied by the Venezuelan ambassador to the Republic of Guinea, Alejandro Correa.
