Vice-minister Yuri Pimentel addresses bilateral agenda with Zimbabwean Foreign Minister
The Vice-minister for Africa of the People’s Power Ministry for Foreign Relations, Yuri Pimentel, met Thursday with the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Trade of the Republic of Zimbabwe, Joel Matiza, with whom he discussed bilateral cooperation plans.

During the meeting, Vice-minister Pimentel and Minister Matiza reviewed the progress of the agreements signed by both governments in areas such as mining, education, culture and communication.
On his tour in the African continent in March this year, Foreign Minister Jorge Arreaza spoke with Zimbabwean president Emmerson Mnangagwa about the cooperation and solidarity relations they maintain, and the bonds of friendship that unite these two nations of the South-South axis. This meeting took place within the framework of the Solidarity Conference with Western Sahara, held in South Africa.
