Caribbean Movement for Peace and Integration rejects new US intervention against Venezuela

In a statement, the Caribbean Movement for Peace and Integration rejected the new US interference actions against the Venezuelan people by issuing an executive order that imposes a new economic blockade on the Latin American country.

“After the failed US-led coup attempt against Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro on April 30 of this year, President Donald Trump has once again taken the lead in the offensive against Venezuela by incurring a series of actions destabilizing and illegal that are putting at risk both the political dialogue that is currently taking place in Barbados between the Venezuelan government and the various oppositions and peace in the Caribbean region in general, “says part of the statement.
