Venezuela receives visit from humanitarian leader and peace ambassador Sri Sri Ravi Shankar
On behalf of the Bolivarian Government, the Executive Vice-president of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, received the courtesy visit of the humanitarian leader and Indian peace ambassador Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, with the aim of consolidating peace and strengthening the dialogue in Venezuela.
This visit by the humanitarian leader recognizes once again the efforts of the Bolivarian Revolution and President Nicolás Maduro, to guarantee harmony in the Homeland, who has already made calls for dialogue as part of the policies of peace, reconciliation and respect for the sovereignty of the National Executive.
Let’s recall that since April 14, 2013, after the first electoral victory, the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, expressed his total willingness to discuss the national problems with the various social sectors of the country and work together to solve them.
At present, the Venezuelan State is promoting, with the support of the Government of Norway, a new Peace Dialogue table to reach agreements for the benefit of the people. There have been more than 600 calls for dialogue for peace and stability made by President Maduro.
