Bolivarian Government thanks Norway for progress made through dialogue with the Venezuelan opposition
The Venezuelan delegation of the Bolivarian Government for the peace dialogue that takes place in Oslo, Norway, headed by the sectoral Vice-president of Communication, Tourism and Culture, Jorge Rodríguez, on Wednesday thanked the government of the European country for the progress made in the process of dialogue with the Venezuelan opposition, after the announcement made by the government of Norway where reiterates its commitment to work for a peaceful solution to the Venezuelan situation.
In this regard, through the Twitter account @jorgepsuv, the Vice-president of Communication Culture and Tourism Jorge Rodríguez, said that the government delegation of President Maduro will continue “working for peace, harmony, democracy and the defense of our Constitution”.

The Foreign Minister of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Jorge Arreaza, expressed through the social network twitter that “after important days of work in Oslo, the Government of the Kingdom of Norway reports on the progress in the process of political dialogue between the Bolivarian Government of Venezuela and the Venezuelan Opposition. We appreciate Norway’s efforts for peace”, he wrote.

For his part, Héctor Rodríguez, governor of the Miranda state, wrote through @HectorRodriguez, an invitation to all the Venezuelan opposition to join the efforts for dialogue and peace in Venezuela.

The Norwegian government notes that “the parties have shown their willingness to move forward in the search for an agreed and constitutional solution for the country, which includes political, economic and electoral issues”.
It also states that “in order to preserve the process, so the results can be reached, the parties are advised to procede with utmost caution regarding the reservation of both, their comments and in their statements”. Norway’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ine Eriksen Søreid, said.
We should recall that the sectoral vice president, Jorge Rodriguez and the governor of the state Miranda, Hector Rodriguez, held a meeting in Norway, on May 20, with representatives of the Venezuelan opposition to advance the processes of dialogue for peace in Venezuela.
