Foreign Minister Arreaza meets in Morocco with General Secretary of the UN
In the framework of the Intergovernmental Conference for the adoption of the Global Compact for Secure, Ordered and Regular Migration, which is being held in Morocco, the FM of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Jorge Arreaza, held a meeting on Monday with the General Secretary of the United Nations Organization (UN), António Guterres.
The Venezuelan diplomat conveyed to the General Secretary a greeting from President Nicolás Maduro, and explained the current situation of the South American country that held a new electoral process on Sunday.
The last meeting between Minister Arreaza and the secretary of the UN took place in the High Segment of the 37th session of the Human Rights Council of the multilateral organization.
On that occasion, the People’s Power Minister for Foreign Relations ratified the commitment of the Bolivian Republic of Venezuela with the guarantee and defense of human rights, and with that body of the UN.
