This Thursday, as part of the activities developed by the People’s Power Ministry for Foreign Relations, the Central Bank of Venezuela (BCV) and the Embassy of the Republic of India accredited in Venezuela, opened in the Salvador de la Paz Cultural Center of the bank, the Master Classes of Yoga by the Indian yoga teacher, Sharad Munde.
The meeting was opened by the manager of Occupational Health of the BCV, Jesus Vásquez, the vice minister for Asia, the Middle East and Oceania, Rubén Darío Molina and by the excellent ambassador of India, Rajiv Kumar Nagpal.
In this sense, the present authorities highlighted that these activities are part of the integration and strengthening of diplomatic and cultural relations between both nations, and that it is expected to continue to develop throughout the country.
The activity had a cultural space filled with folk music from the llanos (plain) region in the case of Venezuela, and the Embassy of Inda exposed a dance show.
Finally the Indian yoga teacher, Sharad Munde, performed for all those present at the event, a class of exercises for breathing, eyes, cheekbones, neck, shoulders, wrists, chest, spine, thighs, knees, heart rhythms , among others that help to release stress, relax the body, stimulate energy and maintain happiness in people.
These yoga activities will continue to be held at the Juan Pedro López Plaza, of the Central Bank of Venezuela, every Thursday at 2 o’clock in the afternoon.
