Venezuelans who emigrated to Ecuador are gratefull for the State’s support to return to the Homeland
After 7:00 o’clock in the evening – Ecuador time – the flight 5300 of the Conviasa airline took off, carrying 93 Venezuelans who decided to migrate to Ecuadorian lands desiring to escape fom the supposed humanitarian crisis that, in order to destabilize the State and therefore justify a foreign intervention, the media corporations have created.
After boarding in Ecuador an aircraft ordered by the National Government for the return to Venezuela of the migrants through the Plan Vuelta a la Patria, the nationals thanked the efforts made by the State to let them set foot on Venezuelan soil once again, which They promised not to leave evermore in pursuit of false expectations.
Part of the crew told how they had to overcome obstacles in order to survive in Ecuador. A 43-year-old civil engineer who migrated with his wife and daughter commented that during his stay in that country he introduced at least 100 resumes in diferent companies but without favorable results. A similar case occurred with Mrs. Omaira Rodríguez who was forced to work more than 12 hours in a clothing store, a place where she was never paid for her work.
The United Nations, a busy avenue in Quito, shows a high presence of venezuelans who, being limited to practicing their profession or trade, were forced to work as informal merchants to be able to take their livelihoods to their homes as well as pay the high costs of services and overnight.
About at 10:30 in the evening, the cabin manager announced the descent to Simón Bolívar International Airport in Maiquetia, reason enough for the venezuelans, who were dismayed by the excitement, to begin singing the notes of the Gloria al Bravo Pueblo, thanking also their return to the Homeland that saw them be born.
It is remarkable that this is the second flight that returns from Ecuador. The first one was on August 6 with the repatriation of 92 compatriots.
The Plan Vuelta a la Patria, a mechanism promoted by the National Executive, has managed to bring back more than 2900 venezuelans so far.
