Bolivarian Government holds major meeting of Ecuadorian-Venezuelan integration

Through the management of the Consulate of Ecuador in Venezuela in conjunction with the Ministry of People’s Power for Foreign Relations and 13 institutions of the Venezuelan State, this Saturday, the Great Encounter of Venezuelan Ecuatorian Integration was carried out through which an accompaniment in legal matters, primary health care, recreation and comprehensive service was provided to 600 citizens who are part of the community of Ecuadorian migrants living in the country. The event, that took place at the Parque Generalísimo Francisco de Miranda facilities in Caracas, was attended by the Vice-minister for Latin America, Alexander Yánez, who pointed out that these activities strengthen the ties between both nations, reaffirming the policies implemented by President Nicolás Maduro accompanying and supporting all migrant communities in Venezuela. “State institutions are gathered here, which generate procedures that each Ecuadorian resident requires. Here they are being totally taken care of, with this we want to give continuity and preserve the State policies carried out by President Nicolás Maduro, accompanying all the migrant communities of Venezuela”, said the Vice-minister. Among the government institutions that were present at the meeting include: Ministry of People’s Power for Equality and Gender Equity (Minmujer); Public Defense; Administrative Service of Identification, Migration and Foreigners (Saime); Ministry of People’s Power for Health (MPPS); Red Cross, among others. Vice-minister Yánez assured that Venezuela is a country open to the world, contrary to the xenophobia campaign that has been developed against Venezuelan compatriots. Parallel to this activity, and as part of the integral policy of the National Government, the arrival of 90 Venezuelans from Peru is expected in the afternoon hours. Photo Gallery:
