The Government of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela rejects the decision of the Government of the Chile to contribute to the whitewashing of the violence suffered by the people of Caracas in recent weeks, by hosting in its headquarters in Caracas one of its main promoters, requested for several days by the Venezuelan justice system.
With this decision, outside the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations, the unpopular and decaying Chilean government becomes an accomplice of the violent actions against the Venezuelan people and ratifies its lack of interest in peace and stability in Venezuela.
n this sense, it is not surprising that Chile announced this new and irresponsible action today, just hours after the meeting in Washington between the U.S. Secretary of State States and the Chilean Foreign Minister, Andrés Allamand. The efficiency in complying with the orders received in that meeting was publicly proven minutes later.
The Venezuelan State Will continue to guarantee peace and security throughout the national territory, despite the violent aggressions planned and promoted outside its borders.
